How to clear your Chakra using gemstones
First you must identify which Chakra feels blocked or needs healing. Take your stones, cleanse them using the instructions below and then programme your stones with your intention. To program your intention you can either meditate on it or simply sit in a quiet position holding the stones in your hands. Get in touch with the stones energy, really focus on it and channel your thoughts and emotions through them. Then visualize the stones absorbing the energy of of your thoughts. Once they charged, lay down in a quiet space and place the stones on the chakra that needs healing or feels blocked. Visualize the energy flowing through the root through your body and really focus on the blockage. Breath deeply and try to relax as much as possible. After you feel the energy is flowing through your body you can slowly get up. Do not forget to cleanse and re-charge your crystals or gemstones again as it has worked hard and absorbed allot of energy.
Cleansing your Crystals
Its important to cleanse your crystals on a regular basis. You can do this by placing your crystals in a bowl of spring water and fully submerge it, leave it in for an hour or so then pat it dry or place it outside under some sunlight to dry and recharge. Salt has been used throughout history to absorb unwanted energy and banish negativity. Dissolve a table spoon of sea or rock salt in water. Again submerge fully in water for an hour, pat dry or place under the sun. A old time favorite for cleaning your crystals is by wafting smoke created by burning a smudge mix over the surface of the gemstone. Don’t forget to place your crystals under a full moon to recharge under its powerful energy.
