Rose Quartz if one of the most popular of all crystals. It is known universally as the stone of unconditional love. It opens the heart to compassion for loves of others and love for yourself, raising ones self esteem. It makes a great stone to use to enhance positive self-affirmations. Rose Quartz’s high energy eases guilt and balances emotions, it lowers stress levels bringing peace and harmony all round.

Known as the romance stone, it can be used to attract love. You can put a piece of Rose Quartz by your bedside or under the bed to attract new love or add trust and commitment to existing relationships. You can also place rose quartz in the corners of your room or house bringing calm and peace to your space. This smooth sphere is also very comforting during break ups helping the heart to heal.

Cleansing your Rose Quartz mushroom

Since Carnelian is a healing stone its important to clear or cleanse it on a regular basis. Water is said to neutralize any negative energy stored inside the stone and return it back to the earth. Running stream water is best bought natural water will also do. Place your stone in a bowl and fully submerge it with the water, leave it in for an hour or so then pat it dry or place it outside under some sunlight to dry and recharge.

Alternatively for cleaning and cleansing any stone or crystal gently waft smoke created by burning a smudge mix over the surface of the gemstone.
