To use your candles correctly use the information below about your different chakras. Find which chakra is blocked and needs healing. Light your candle with an intention to activate the healing. Sitting in a meditation position or lying down close your eyes and breath in a sense of calm. Concentrate with a deep knowing of the healing that is taking place.
