The first thing to do when manifesting is to take a look at your thoughts and feelings. Start with acknowledging all what you have and be grateful for it. You can’t just focus on the things you don’t have and want, its a balance.
Clear your mind of all negativity and have a positive mindset when you are wanting to manifest. If you are constantly negative and feeling down then you are going to attract and manifest negative energy. Same If you believe that you are not good enough or deserving of that dream job for example then it will automatically put a mental block up.
If you have a mindset of abundance, confidence and a belief that you have everything you need to be successful then anything you want will be available to you.
Ask the universe and be very clear
The next step is to ask the universe. It is very important you make your intentions very clear down to ever last detail. This is where writing things down can be important, it becomes more real when you can physically see what you want and even more real reading it over out loud.
Manifesting does not only work with your thoughts but actions too. You physically have to apply yourself and work towards these goals. Do research around what you desire, apply for that job or take the necessary steps towards getting what you want.

One of many manifesting rituals
Find a place that is safe and sacred to you and light your candle. A candle can represent your inner light and offers protection. By lighting a candle in any ceremony or ritual it illuminates your intentions.
For smudging you can use incense or a smudge stick. Smudging has been used for centuries it clears your space from any negativity. Light the end of your smudge stick, after a few seconds blow the flame out. Starting clock wise move the smudge stick over your body, wafting the smoke over you, if you are using crystals or stones smudge them too. Once you are done smudging put the smudge stick in a fire safe bowl or shell to go out. Clear you mind for a few seconds, stare into the flame of your candle or sit in a meditating position with the candle in front of you.
Just sit there for a moment and take everything in. Close your eyes, breathe deep and bring yourself to that exact moment. You have to stop yourself about worrying about what is for tomorrow nights dinner and just be there, in the now, the whole of you.
When you are ready focus and visualise what you want to manifest, see it and feel it. This process brings your desires from your subconscious mind to your conscious mind. When you are ready pick up your pen or pencil, write the date and time in your journal and start writing down three things you are grateful for.
Then begin writing down all you want to manifest, remember to be very clear of your intentions. There is no right way or wrong way of doing this, you can write a essay, point form or even draw pictures if that is what you want to do. Remember this is between you and the universe. Some things to want to manifest can roll over so write it down each time.
