We charge a flat rate of R99.00 delivery fee anywhere in South Africa – door to door.
If your order is over R999.00 then we will deliver your goods for FREE.
FREE Bobbox Pickup Options on orders over R599
International Shipments delivery fee is calculated on checkout.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
How long does it take to send an order?
Our couriers collects orders from our shop in Stellenbosch, Cape Town Monday – Friday. (Excluding Public Holidays)
All orders are packed and collected by the courier on the same or next working day, depending on the time the order is received.
Orders received before lunchtime are usually handed to the courier on the same day.
Normal Delivery times from when courier collects:
Cape Town Deliveries: Approx. 1 – 2 working days
Main city centres in South Africa: Approx. 1 – 4 working days.
Outlying & remote areas in South Africa take approx. 2 -7 working days.
*these times can differ over the festive season
International Orders
When checking out, an estimated delivery time will be supplied by the available courier partners.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Unfortunately we cannot control any delays due to customs.
Once your order is processed and our courier is booked, you will automatically be sent a tracking number to the email address provided during checkout.

If your order has not arrived within the time-frame specified try the following:
1. Please check your order confirmation email & ensure your delivery address is correct.
2. If you were out at the time of delivery, our courier will contact you or try deliver again the next day.
3. If you still require assistance with your delivery then please contact us with your full name or order number. We’ll reply within a few hours (during South African working hours) and try our best to locate your parcel with the courier company.
4. If you placed an international order, check that there are no outstanding customs charges in your country.
Bob Box is a secure smart locker service that lets you pick up your online purchases at a time and place that suits you. Simply select a Bob Box location at checkout, and when your parcel arrives, you’ll get a one-time PIN (OTP). Use it to unlock the locker — quick, easy, and convenient.
Yes, if you would like your order delivered to an address that is different to the billing address, then click the “Deliver to a different address?” box on checkout below your billing details and add the delivery address details in the shipping column when you check out.

We offer door to door delivery. However, if you are unable to receive your package at a physical address then please select a Bob Box locker option closest to you on check out.
