Cleansing your Rose Quartz worry stone
Water is said to neutralize any negative energy stored inside the stone and return it back to the earth. Running stream water is best bought natural water will also do. Place your stone in a bowl and fully submerge it with the water, leave it in for an hour or so then pat it dry or place it outside under some sunlight to dry and recharge.
Alternatively for cleaning and cleansing any stone or crystal gently waft smoke created by burning a smudge mix over the surface of the gemstone.
