Tingsha Bells (Small)

Tingsha bells are the combination of two little cymbals attached by a string made of leather. They are often used for sound healing, Yoga, temples and at monasteries. They are used in prayers and rituals by Tibetan Buddhists and Hindu priests. They are great for meditation to focus the mind on the sound in sound healing and in-room clearance. Thye can also be used to enhance music.
