Singing bowls is like a type of bell that vibrates and produces rich, deep tones. They are known to promote relaxation and healing properties. Buddhist monks have uses singing bowls for many centuries not only for healing but to induce a deep meditation. To use a singing bowl, hold the bowl in your open palm, with the other hand press the mallet in a circular motion against the bowls outside edge or rim.
