Myrrh has been traditionally used by Egyptians and Christians. As per the Bible, Myrrh has been used as an analgesic for toothaches and can be used in liniment for bruises, aches, and sprains. Myrrh is a common ingredient of tooth powders. It was a gift to baby Jesus by the three wise men. It has also been believed to have great mental and physical health benefits especially due to its relaxation inducing properties. Myrrh has a woody, warm and sweet cent.
The HEM brand incense is made from selected woods, resins, and oils in a charcoal base.
