Burning incense has always been a ritual for meditation and Yoga. Om is associated with peace, burning OM incense stimulates the brain to a sense of calm. The aroma of the smoke reduces your heart rate and soothes the nerve pathways within the brain to make you feel completely relaxed and at peace.
