Prophecy Stone C (124g)
The largest Prophecy Stone in this group, Prophecy Stone C (124g) has enough scale to really show off the formation that makes these Egyptian specimens so intriguing. At 124g and approximately 5,5×4,5cm, its dark iron-rich surface and radiating, pseudomorphic form give it the presence of a miniature geological artefact.
Its strange silhouette is not carved. Egyptian White Desert pseudomorphs are famous for iron minerals replacing marcasite while retaining the older mineral’s external architecture. That replacement process is why these stones can look engineered even though their shapes are natural.
In metaphysical crystal traditions, Prophecy Stones are associated with grounding, deep meditation, insight and inner exploration. The name has helped build their mystical reputation, but even without the symbolism, the geological transformation behind them makes them genuinely fascinating objects.
